Koscheck gets headline spot on 'Fight For The Troops'
By Beau Dure, USA TODAY
Josh Koscheck knows what it's like to fight a UFC bout in front of people who are trained to fight. He fought at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar two years ago in San Diego.
"It was only about 3 to 4,000 people there, but it seemed like 20,000," Koscheck says. "The Marines were stomping their feet, and they were into every single fight. … It was really cool to be in that atmosphere and see how they really appreciate what we do for a living."
Koscheck gets another chance to fight in front of a military crowd for a military cause Dec. 10 in Fayetteville, N.C., near Fort Bragg, when he fights Yoshiyuki Yoshida in the main event of "UFC Fight For The Troops," a card broadcast live on Spike (9 p.m. ET).Source: USAToday
